Vaxio Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Frontbell voice-front-desk product, the CE-OS conversational execution engine, and the FUSE integration layer. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide voice-AI services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, business address, and payment information.
- Conversation Data: Voice call recordings, call transcripts, chat messages, and SMS exchanges processed through Frontbell. Stored securely; used to deliver the service, maintain context across channels, and improve quality.
- Business Data: Customer information, job details, scheduling information, calendar data, and CRM information synced through FUSE integrations with third-party systems.
- Usage Information: How you interact with Frontbell, CE-OS, and FUSE, including feature usage, conversation length, integrations used, and performance metrics.
- Device & Call Metadata: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and call metadata (duration, timestamp, participants, carrier).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Call Recording & Disclosure
Frontbell answers calls on behalf of business customers. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Where required by state or federal law (including two-party-consent jurisdictions), Frontbell discloses recording at the start of the call. The business customer is responsible for configuring disclosure language in jurisdictions with specific requirements.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Conversation data may be deleted on request, subject to legal retention obligations.
